Usually its hit and miss. Collectors will normally get photos for everyone in the cast and just hope most if not all show up. I don't really think there's a sure way to know who's going to be there unless the actor themselves confirm it or the company holding the premiere confirms.

I always see collectors with photos,etc but how do they know who will show up?? Any ideas how I can find out?
