I figured out it wouldn't let me order from the Collecting & Philately section not because of my addresses, but because my debit card was declining. Go figure, it was because of the pervious order that I made that was refunded when I got an email stating I couldn't order online. My bank thought it suspicious I was ordering from Royal Mail!
For the record, this is the email I received when I first tried to order. I guess I'll try to order by going through the Collecting section, but strangely, the checkout and everything appears to be the same regardless...
