I can use my credit card anywhere in the world. :D
The card's registered address MUST be in the UK. To use a card from elsewhere you must call the number stated.
Thanks. Will try tomorrow. :D

I figured out it wouldn't let me order from the Collecting & Philately section not because of my addresses, but because my debit card was declining. Go figure, it was because of the pervious order that I made that was refunded when I got an email stating I couldn't order online. My bank thought it suspicious I was ordering from Royal Mail!

For the record, this is the email I received when I first tried to order. I guess I'll try to order by going through the Collecting section, but strangely, the checkout and everything appears to be the same regardless...

Stamps can be ordered from their website...This was once posted on CelebAutos (written by Rottie):
i have phoned the royal mail online shop for you today
you can buy stamps direct from the royal mail shop to be sent
direct to you in germany , or anywhere else in europe/world
but you can only buy the special edition collectors stamps
these are in sheets of 30 or 60 1st class stamps.

follow these steps
http://www.royalmail.com/portal/rm/shop?catId=9300091

click on Collecting & Phillately (left hand column)
click on Special Stamp Issues (left hand column)
click on British Design Classics (left hand Column)
click on Stamp Sheet
it then gives you the choice of 30 or 60 stamps
just add to your basket
go to check out
select the delivery charge =eu airmail £1.55 rest of world £2.15
then pay for them
delivery is about 5-10 days
there may be a small surcharge for processing the order

you will have to register first but once you have done that you can keep going in the online shop and buying sheets when you need them.

you can only buy special edition stamps online
but they are just the same as the standard
first class stamps only with fancy pictures on
-Urša
click on British Design Classics (left hand Column)

I think it's CLASSIC ALBUM COVERS?
:D

I can't see the choice of 30 or 60 stamps.

Does anyone of you tried using this instruction?

This is what I got right here, I ordered 3 of them. Dont know if that helps you or not.

I bought them on eBay instead.
Wow I hope that isn't a policy change, that would suck.
I e-mailed the royal mail website asking if international buyers can place their orders online and they said:
Hello

We accept orders worldwide

Please place your order on the webshop
Philatelic_Enquiries@royalmail.com to me

And
Dear Customer

Thank you for your recent email.

Of course you can order Royal Mail stamps! We deliver orders to any
address you wish, world-wide!
If you would like to place an order via our online shop for Royal Mail
stamps please
click this link WEBSHOP
It's confusing.

What's the name of the seller on ebay where you bought some UK stamps?

I weighed it on my postage scale, it was 2 8x10, lor, photo protector, cardboard and sase, I weighed it all and just marked my sase for the weight of everything even though I'll probably just get the 2 photos back to make sure it had enough postage on it.
