If they are touring, they
might wait until the tour is over to mail everything out. 10 days is a bit much; there's a chance it could've gotten lost somewhere at the venue in between the time they got it and the concert.
I think you have a chance to get it back, but like with any autograph requests, we really couldn't tell you what the odds are.
