Postage costs more to send internationally than it does domestically, you can check prices here:

You'll also need to use Hungarian stamps or IRCs for the SASE.
Writing "AIRMAIL / PAR AVION" just instructs their postal service that it should be sent via Airmail. Otherwise, they might send it using surface mail (by boat) instead. It isn't that important, since most countries probably default to Airmail, and some countries don't even use surface mail, but it doesn't hurt to add it as a just-in-case.
