I see that you are in the U.S. so make sure they "round stamp" them before they give them to you or they wont be valid. I had to take some back to get stamped the guy at the counter just didnt know any better since they never sell them.

They are coupons. Just throw them in with your letter. They will take the coupons to their post office to exchange for stamps.
