I just put my letter and cd cover in my 9X12 envelope and close the clasps and tape it then go to post office and pay for an SASE (which is three stamps) and stick them on and send it off?

No...lol..read this carefully:

1. Write your address on the smaller envelope.
2. Write the celeb's address on the bigger envelope.
3. put 3 stamps on each envelope.
4. put the smaller envelope (UN-CLOSED) and stick that in the bigger envelope.
5. also put the cd cover and letter in the bigger envelope..just throw it in...LOL
6. seal the bigger envelope with EVERYTHING in it..

now you get it?

you dont gotta tell the post office anything.... 3 stamps are $1.32 have the give ya the stamps and put them on the envelope then put the envelope in the BIG envelope...

How much is it to do the 2nd way? with 3 stamps I really hate asking but my parents really dont understand me doing this and dont help much.
