Photos and SASE will always increase a chance of getting something back quicker. But it all depends on who you're looking for.

If the actress is good at returning fanmail, she'd likely sign anything. You included an SASE, so you should be good. {up}
Maybe, if you're lucky- she'll include a photo. ;D

I recently sent out a letter, SASE, and a blank index card to an actress who usually returns fan mail signed. Do you think they will sign the index card? Or would I have to send a picture?
