The best time is when they aren't making any movies, because they get more mail when their new movies are in the making or have come out already and are in theatres. Hope this helps!

i was wondering when is the best time of year to send LORs and photos to celebrities?
i mostly want twilight actors. i have sent so many letters off to all the Twi-actors and i am wondering when is the best time?
do thier agents/managements throw the letters away and are they working all year round?
i know they are busy filming and such, but im getting jealous by other people's successes.
i hope one day they will reply to my many letters.

oh, should i re-send photos incase they were thrown into the bin or lost in the mail?
