To know that site legit or not you can follow these methods given below:
1.You can read user reviews,problems,their quires,responses and rating about the site in any forums,google search etc..so that you can know more details about the site.

2.You can also do a whois search in the site [url=http://www.whoisxy.com/]WhoisXY.com[/url] and know the owner,technical,administrative contact details etc..you can use the phone number or email id which you get in whois search and try to contact the person and clarify your doubts.

To good to be true ! If they can't tell you up front how they operate or how they get the photos then it looks like their are hiding something.

Most are PP. Occasionally you will get a real one or they will offer a real one. They aren't scammers, you don't even need to order CC info so don't worry. I've had great work w/ them in the past.

No, they're mostly all pre-prints. However, sometimes they do offer authentic ones. Chad Michael Murray's autograph on Celeb Merch is authentic for a limited time. They don't scam or anything, it's just a good site to get preprinted photos.
