IRC are not exchanged for the same amount they are bought for. IRC are exchanged in the UK for 67p. 2 of them will get your letter back to the US.

By the way, by "folder" do you mean envelope? Or an actual folder? The heavier your post, the more you will need you see.

I'm going to be sending a 8x10 folder (with photo) for an autograph request. As for my SASE I'm going to need to add an IRC. They are sold for $2.10 (I'm told) at the Post Office. How many of these IRC'S would be required for the 8x10 folder to return back the States here? Anyone know what the exchange on $2.10 is in British Pounds? Any help would be beyond appreciated.
