Yes 2 IRC's should be fine. They cost £1.40 each and i'd try the largest post office you are near to.

For a C5, 2 should suffice.

Two IRC's would be enough to send to him. I'm pretty sure the people at the jail would exchange them for stamps to send back to you. I think the current price of an IRC is $3.00 each.

Hi
I really need help about sending with IRCs. I have read the IRC section but i'm still a bit stuck on using them.

I live in England and I want to send a autograph request to Lil Wayne in the USA. How many IRC's would I need to buy from my local post office and how much will it be? I'm using a C5 envelope to send and recieve. Will he be able to get the stamps from the post office because he's currently in prison?
