When I send to other countries I just enclose a few dollar bills and explain in my letter that my post office doesn't sell IRC's. I get 90% of my items back that. {up}

I'll be sending out of the country soon (France) and do not know how to enclose proper postage. I am only 15, and have no way of obtaining IRC's, none of the post offices near me have them. I can't really exchange money, any ideas? Thanks all!
