Woohoo! I'm back ... very very very tired and exhausted (we combined the concert with Harrods, Madame Tussauds, Piccadilly Circus, ...), got home last night a bit before midnight.
The concert was very very cool, we were seated on the 4th row.
During the soundcheckparty we were with a group of around 40-50 people, we were able to see here perform Intuition and Naturally from very closeby, and then you could ask some questions if you wanted. Some asked here what her favorite spot in London was (Indian restaurants and Top Shop), others asked her to say something to the camera for the Italian and Dutch fans, which was very nice, she even tried a british accent.
When she was done we had to wait in line for a picture, and thats where it was a bit dissappointing... I had my picture with me, and my black marker to make it easier for her, so we got to the front of the line after a half hour wait, and the security guy told us 'no autographs, there isn't any time....' I wasn't allowed to even ask 1... And the kids that brought gifts, had to dump them besides the security man, they couldn't even give it to her in person ...
*sighs* But I did get my picture with her :
She was very sweet, a bit nervous yes for the show, she thanked me for coming to the show, and she hoped I was gonna enjoy the concert ...
We had a bit of a break then, so we went to get a bite somewhere, and when we returned we could get to our seats. At 7.30 pm the band AllStar Weekend did their opening act, they were good... But after 10 seconds, half of the crowd ran to the front out of their seats and well we couldn't see anything anymore (and we were on 4th!!!! row). But luckily security came between AllStar Weekend and Selena, and everyone was told to go back to their spots.
They tried to come back but security always send them back, and told everyone to get down if they were standing on their seats. The concert itself took around an hour and 20 minutes. She sang a couple of covers: Mama Do by Pixie Lott, Parachute by Cheryl Cole, In my head, It's Magic and Love is a Battlefield.
She did Naturally and It's Magic as finishing bis-numbers.
