Yes, US Stamps should work for return postage to UK. I'd need to know how much it weighs though before caculating postage.
Also as a caution, be sure and specify in your letter that they take the photos out of the top loader before signing them, as most will just sign the top loader and not the actual photo. I've seen this happen on several occasions.
That's why I don't normally send my items in protective holders and instead use sturdy cardboard envelopes.
