That's probably about the best advice you will ever hear. I know there is another company, called BCW but I don't like them for my own personal reasons.
Don't put them in the photo albums that have the sticky back. After a while, they will fuse to the backing and you'll never get them out without tearing or damaging them. I don't know if the sticky stuff they use to hold the photo is safe over time, but when it comes to autographs I don't take any chances.

I don't know. It depends on the humidity level of your room. But generally speaking, the top floor usually has less humitity issues than the lower levels. You don't need to keep them in a box. That's personal choice. If you use the toploaders you should be fine and shouldn't have to worry about sticking.
