Hi,
In my experience alot of baseball player autographs received from the team address either go unanswered or you get the players signature signed by the bat boy or equipment manager. dont get me wrong there is some who do actually sign thru the mail themselves. A great investment is The Baseball Autograph Collector's Handbook written by Jack Smalling it contains over 12,200 addresses of players past and present. I have had great success over the years using his handbooks. Cost is 19.95 definately well worth it if you like collecting baseball autographs.
website is
http://www.baseballadresses.com you can order right form there and NO Im not him.
