Okay. Sorry. It's just I've gotten seven different answers.

Atleast now I know. :]

Sounds right, and it's what I said originally. It's always $1.05 when I send/request the usual one 8x10.

Today I went to the PO.

LOR/SASE/1 8x10=$1.05
LOR/SASE/2 8x10's=$1.22

Does that make sense or does that seem like too much?

The one available now at USPS's site makes no mention of First Class price changes. Perhaps the proposal was knocked down between Sep/Oct and now.
I'm pretty sure that's what must have happened dfreely. I know there was a request from the post office for basic 1st class to go up 2 cents, but the government said no, so it must have been an spreadsheet from before the denial.

Then we are not looking at the same spreadsheet. I downloaded it around September/October.

If we're looking at the same spreadsheet, it confirms the price increase with some Priority and Express rates, but I don't see anything in regards to First Class Mail.

I downloaded a spreadsheet recently from that site that listed the increased rates. I have not heard one way or the other if the rates will or won't go up. I just like to err on the side of caution, is all. I'd hate to see a potential return get tossed because it is 10 cents short. I'm already 10 cents short of a dollar as it is, so to speak.

No, the stamp prices never do go up. It's the postage rates that go up. (JK)

I think increases to First Class prices in 2011 was proposed by USPS, but were later rejected by the regulatory commission. A bunch of Priority/Express rates are going up though, pain in my side that is.
