Here in Canada ONE IRC is $3.50 CND. In the case of you forgetting to put your address on the first envelope and they need to RTS, what the post office will do is that they'll most likely open up your envelope to find your home address and then seal it back up and send it back to you!

A shiat, was i supposed to put MY address on the front of the envelope AS WELL if they need to RTS? Or what will they do? Since my address in inside on the paper and on the smaller envelope.

haha - I just went to the post office - i bought 4 just in case :P. Frikking expensive here - $2.50 for ONE.
