Yes, that is correct. Always include your letter (obviously), a picture or two for the person to sign, and a self addressed stamped envelope. Good luck! {up}

so this is my first time doing this but really all i need is an:
8 x 11 envelop
a picture that fits
a letter
and an envelop with my return address and paid postage already on it
