I e-mailed Tony Blair's office today, requesting an authentic autographed bookplate. I recieved an e-mail back saying "due to high a volume of similar requests, I regret that Mr Blair is unable to personalise your book, but he would be happy to send you a pre signed book plate". What is a pre-signed bookplate? Is it one that is ran through a machine or is it an ACTUAL signature? Just wondering...
