Chrissy is right on this one. You do not have to send IRCs to Hawaii, as it is a US state. You just need to send your SASE with US stamps on it :P

Since Index Cards aren't very big (and also less chance of being bent in the mail), I think 1 IRC is sufficient.

As far as i have seen, you don't need to, just add US stamps to your return envelope! I have gotten replys from the LOST cast who reside in Hawaii and they all put US 80cent stamps on them!!

Hi, I live in U.S.A. and yes, I know hawaii is a state, but since it's overseas, should I send an Irc?



Also, If I send any index cards internatinally, how many Irc's would be sufficient?
