Enrique Iglesias: Help on sending a letter?

Hey, everyone! Thanks in advance for replying!
I want to send an autograph request letter to Enrique Iglesias, and I was just wondering how I should send the letter:

1.) Letter, SASE, 2 pictures (send to agency)
2.) Letter, SASE, 2 pictures (send via venue)

I know Enrique is VERY popular, and I just wanted to know if I would get a faster reply through his agency or while he's on tour. Thanks a lot! :D
