Problem printing pictures off..

For the first time, I had trouble printing pictures off at Walmart the other day. I had two pictures of Alexandra Daddario and one of Kevin McKidd I wanted to get signed. When I was trying to set the size and choose the pictures, it kept wanting to cut my picture down alot. I dont know why it wouldn't let me print the whole thing, as that's never happened to me. I even tried to make the picture smaller in paint, but it still wanted me to crop it.

Can anyone help me out? Here are the pictures I wanted to print in the original size.

I was trying to print them out in 5x7, but I would also accept 4x6.
