Hi guys
I have posted this before on the forum somewhere, but I can't find it again!
Unfortunately, the Royal Mail (
http://www.royalmail.com) who are the UK's postal service
do not sell stamps overseas to non-British citizens unless they are posted overseas in the military etc.
There is one exception, where the Royal Mail will sell "individual" stamps to non UK citizens for the purpose of stamp collecting.
I have heard of several US citizens who have tried to order from the RM website, and although it does appear everything goes through OK, you will get an email within 24 hours telling you you are not able to order, and your credit card has been refunded.
I hope the Royal Mail will resolve this soon, but in the meantime they are not the friend of the overseas buyer
