exactly why i [i]dont [/i] send index cards {up}

My father has had this autograph for more than 5 years, but he doesn't seem to recall who it was from. I know it's a musician, probably had his prime around the 70s.. maybe 80s. Maybe a jazz musician, could be rock. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks.
