You can add footers and quotes through the user control panel under profile. If you want a custom signature picture, your best bet is the graphics shop forum.

The best way to post a picture with your successes is to create an imageshack account at http://www.imageshack.us, from there, you can upload your pictures to your account and use the forum code of the picture to post it in a success.Hope this helps.
