On the smaller envelope that will be inside the envelop you are sending put YOUR address as the adress you want the envelope to go to, put a stamp on it and dont put a return address. On the larger envelope put the address you want it to go to, the return address(which is your address) and a stamp. you are going to put everything in the larger envelope, including the smaller one addressed to you. The way it works is that they get what your sending them, sign it or write back, and then put it in the envelop that you sent and all they have to do is put it in the mail.. This saves the person time and money, since they can't use their own stamps and envelopes for everything they get. Hope this helped and if you have any other Q's PM me!
Actually, what I do is put a return address on the smaller envelope (sase) too. This just makes sure that if the item gets lost in the mail, you will get it back if recovered.
That's one way to think of it.

I usually just put the receiver's name on the envelope that's going to be sent back to me. That way they can write their own address, and it might be different from the one that you sent it to. That's always interesting. It might be in the celeb's own handwriting (if it's not the lacky's) or they might just leave it blank. But if you put your home address on it right and enough postage there should be no problem with the response getting back to you even if it is blank.
