I'm using 8x10 folders but when the celebs send something back it cost 1,24$ and if one IRC counts as 0,98$ then I think 2 are enough.

To be safe, I've been using 3. But that's for a 8x10 folder. If you are using just letters, then 2 should be fine. You don't want to run the risk of assuming the sender will make up for any additional postage necessary.

I'm from Germany. And I don't know if I should put 1 or 2 IRC in the envelopes!
I got one autograph from Allisyn Arm without even a IRC and one autograph by Skyler Day by using 1 IRC.

On the envelopes I got back it always said 1,24$ but I now read that one IRC counts as 0,98$.

When I now send letters I always use 2 IRC but I send about 8 letters with 1 IRC. I'm afraid that I don't get something back!

Please help!! 1 or 2 IRC???
