Agency question help needed

I was just wondering if anyone knows if creative artists agency passes on fanmail. Do they have a policy of not passing it along or is it just like any other agency where its up to each agent or their client. I live in canada and i just dont want to waste money on postage and pics and everything if it is for nothing.If anyone knows anything about this agency let me know,thanks.
