Hi Mandy,

Well, I guess it depends on the celebrity if you get a reply or not, you'd just have to wait and see I'm afraid :( There's no real way of telling if you should expect a reply or not.

In the future though, just keep in mind that you want to make things as simple as possible for the celebrity to reply, having a self addressed envelope is one of the most important things, along with postage of course. The less the celebrity has to do the better, you have to imagine just how much fanmail they get on a daily basis, so always make it easy and enclude anything you can to help.

I wouldn't give up any hope you have of getting a reply, and if you don't hear back from her, you can always resend with an addressed envelope :)

Good luck though, I hope you get your response :)

Self-adressed envelope?

Hi everyone! I have a doubt: I've just sent a letter to the german actress Maria Schrader, and this was my first autograph request so I didn't know about the SAE x_x I'm from Spain and I put inside the envelope my letter, the 2 photos I want her to sign and one IRC (hope it's enough). Is there any problem not to send the SAE? Is there less chances for me to receive an answer from her if the 1 IRC is not enough? :( hope you can help me :)
