Welcome! You are correct! On the envelope you are sending out you put your country's stamps and on the return envelope you use their country's stamps or IRCs. It is better to use a SASE rather than a SAE because it is just polite and you'll chances will be higher to get a reply. Some agencies will pay for postage but, I don't want to risk it.
