Hi, you need to weigh the envelope with the photo in it, and any card you're putting in for protection.
For up to 100g you can follow the instructions I gave on the other thread, on the return envelope write "Airmail" in the top l/h corner, or put a blue airmail sticker on if you have any, and write "small packet" underneath.
Either print off a customs form, or write the details on the bottom r/h corner of the return envelope, as I've described on that link.
Doing it that way you can send up to 100g for £2.07.
