I'm a Doctor Who collector as well, there seems to be something about the series which brings out the best in the actors as well.

I'll pm you about stamps.

I usually send out 8x10 pics, so I like to send 3 IRCs just to be on the safe side. I had one actor (another Who actor, the leader of the Ice Warriors in 3 of their 4 stories) who I had sent 8x10s to send back 2 of my IRCs, saying 1 was enough, but I'd rather err on the side of caution.
