When I sold second-hand books I had a regular buyer in Singapore and wrote the address in English without any problems.

I have no idea about the postage question, and if I were you I would look for advice from someone who lives in or knows about the country. Does who you are writing to have an agent? Could you possibly email them to ask what would be an acceptable form of postage? I think that is what I would do if I were sending there.

i am in USA, sending to singapore, and on the envelope, do i write english address or do i have to write chinese?
and i am only sending a SAE, because i have no asia stamps and my post office doesnt have IRC's and if i send US money to pay for postage, im not sure if they can use US money. so what do i do?
