buy stamps, there are people on here who will trade, I've bought them on eBay before now, or get a friend who's going on holiday to pick some up.

Can never figure out how, so I usually just put in a few IRC's. Unfortunately they cost like $4 each, when shipping an A4 letter should only cost around $2.

Any advice on how I could do it?
