USA stamps on the envelope from you to celeb in UK.

UK stamps on the envelope from celeb to you in the USA.

I live in the US and I want to send a request to a theatre in London, England But how?
Do I put our stamps on both envelope and the SASE or do I put ours on the envelope and British stamps of the SASE I'm so confused please help.
