Forever Stamps are great. The best stamps to use. I go through 5 books a week.

No I'm sure envelopes with dates posted from before the update of the price will not be effected, that would just be cruel of the postal services to do.

Since stamps are going up 1c are all my awaiting autographs lost for good?
