Assuming it's under 1oz.. I mean, DVD covers are essentially just a piece of paper isn't it? You'd need $1.75 in postage.

Are there any US residents or people that have sent DVD covers, do you know the exact price of a letter o that size from the US to Europe?

Around $2.00 is what you'll need. I just sent a letter and some small 4x6 photos to the UK and that cost me $1.05, so something the size of a DVD cover, would be around $2.00. {up} If you have air mail stickers to put on it, that's a good idea, or you can simply write 'Air Mail' on the envelope too. {up}

I'm planning to send a request to an American actress. I'm going to send her pictures and a DVD cover to sign, so I need a big envelope. I'm going to use one that is a little bigger than a normal DVD.

How many US-stamps do I need for the SASE (USA to Germany)? I was thinking about 2-3 dollars, is that enough? Please help!
Also, do I need to put an "Air Mail" sticker on it (as I usually only use small Air Mail envelops and I've never tried bigger ones)?
