ok several weeks ago i went to my post office i asked for some irc and told her they were international reply coupons she knew what they were and went to find some the post office ran out. she said she would order some and that it would only take less than a week or so. its been almost a month now! and im frantic to send my autographs out! i heard i can send money (i live in wisconsin,U.S.A. ) and im thinking of just enclosing $5.00 or so inside my envelope and hopefully the celeb im sending to can get the right stamps and reply to me. but if i do this how much money should i send? i plan on sending TWO 5 by 7 glossy photos ONE LOR and a SASE folded in half both envelopes are 6 by 9. also another question if i send this way with money how will the front of the envelope in which im sending to the celeb which will have everything in it get a stamp on it! so it can get sent? i dont want get rts. PLEASE HELP ME thanks :/
