Hi OnlyMe
Welcome to the forum
When you write a letter to a celebrity, the one thing you don't want to do is to make it sound like a form letter - that is, practically writing the same letter to every celebrity and filling in blanks where required.
I would suggest you start your letter by introducing yourself - e.g. who you are, where you're from... Then move onto what/why you like the specific celebrity's work, complement them etc.
In some point in your letter, ask for an autographed photo. You can say something like: "It would mean a lot to me if you could kindly take a moment to send an autographed photo" or something like that (modify it to match the rest of your letter.)
At the end of the letter, don't forget to thank them for their time to read your letter and wish them all the best.
With any letter - make it sound personal, and that you mean what you say!
Good luck!
