Seems the Royal Mail stopped selling international reply coupons in December. How do you send an SAE to the US now? Do you calculate how much it costs to send from US to UK and put the equivalent amount of UK stamps on the SAE? Or do you have to somehow buy US stamps to put on your SAE?

Sorry if this has been covered before, but I've done some searching (both of this forum and on google) and haven't found much information.

All help greatly appreciated :)
