Oversea Autographs

Hi, I would like to send an Autograph request to a celebrity who lives in the USA but the problem is, the Fanmail.biz says to send IRC (International reply coupons) with your sent request but after I viewed the mailing company that I would be sending with (Royal Mail) to see the prices of IRC, it says that from 31st December 2011, They no longer sell International Reply Coupons for use in overseas destinations. So what should I do to send a requset in oversea countries if I can't purchase IRC? Any help would be greatly appreciated :) Thanks
