You can go to this forum: http://www.fanmail.biz/mboard/viewforum.php?f=127 and post that you are looking for UK stamps. You will most certainly find someone who is willing to sell you some or make a trade! That's how I have gotten all of mine. :)

When I send him I wasn't able to get UK stamps OR Irc's ... and I only send him a LOR and a picture.. (But if you can send IRCs or SASE's you always should)
And I did get my picture back signed, but no angry letter..(I didn't know about the angry letters back then)

so I think it's totally random if he's happy or mad at the time he sends your autograph :)

When I sent to him, I couldn't get any UK stamps either (I live in US). I did however get ahold of some British Pound Coins, and sent him 3 coins (it really only would have costed 2 pounds for the return postage, but I over payed him to stay on his good side lol) and in my LOR I told him how I attempted to get stamps but couldn't, and hoped he'd accept the UK money instead of stamps. I.got my pic back signed with no problems! :)

The reason you need to send stamps is so he doesn't need to "spend hours in line at the post office" buying stamps or exchanging IRC's. So sending IRC's aren't going to make much difference. You need to send stamps. Try eBay, you could probably buy some there.

You should wait to wrigt to that a-hole until you've got some U.K stamps, and it'll take a while to get back the stuff anyway cuz he is in London right now and doing a play with Danny DeVito

Unfortunatly, Mr. Griffiths gets "EXTREMELY" angry if you do not put in UK stamps and rights back an angry letter.

A person send some stuff and a IRC but he just got a angry letter back too
