Hi, guys
I'm new to this forum, and though i had some success obtaining autographs IP, i've never sent a fanmail before. Now i want to send my first letter hoping for luck in getting success VV.
The first question is can I use the express service of UPS? It's pricey but the standard airmail can travel up to a month from me to US, so it's dangerous to send it this way considering that the VV address will be usable for only two months (the movie productions wraps in July). As far as I know, someone should sign for the received UPS package. Would it be a problem?
But the second question is more important. I live in Eastern Europe (Belarus), and i'm not really familiar with how the IRCs work. I have read the FAQs on this forum but i still can't figure out how to calculate the right amount of IRCs to put into the envelope. For example, I planned to send an envelope with A4 photos and a cardboard, size 9x13 in., weight 75g (less than 3oz). So how many IRCs should I use for this one?
Would be happy if anyone answers
