I'm pretty sure they do. But the ones I've seen are white and silver. They seem to be for wedding decor. If I could find nice black frames there, I'd quickly buy them for a buck instead three bucks! :lol:

VERY NICE and thanks for telling me about DOLLAR TREE...do they have 8x10's as well for the mattes?

Here is one way I display my 4x6 photos.
I'll use my recent, Rena Sofer auto, as an example.

. I buy the 4x6 photo pages at 'Wal-mart' - they're ten for a dollar. Made by, 'Ultra-Pro'. I have to cut the ring holder strip off the side of the pages so they can fit into the frame.

. The 5x7 frame you can buy for three bucks at 'Wal-mart' too. It has a metal nail hook on the back.
. The mattes, I buy at the 'Dollar Tree' - three for a dollar.
