Slash signs TTM all the time. You will definitely get something back from him. He has been signing for a while.

Axl, is a douchebag! Always has been. Always will be. He doesn't sign for anyone!!!

I have heard some people getting Slash success recently, so you may get a response within a few months. Not sure of Axl Rose.
I'm pretty sure Slash has been signing his own autographs. But sometimes with different stars, secretaries will sign, or you may get autopens(a machine that signs for them), and sometimes even pre prints.
You can include your own photo or request one. You do not need to mention fanmail.biz. Just tell the celebrity your writing to how much you admire them and love their music, work, etc... Be a true fan! ;-)
