I know that Forever Stamps don't work when sending mail to Canada. I think US Stamps work either going from the US to Canada, or coming from Canada to the US. I'm not sure which way. I don't know if that applies to other countries; it's probably different for New Zealand.

You can send a IRc whitch is a international reply coupon. The people can trade them into stamps in another country some post offices don't have them. I send like 2 dollars to them. But some stars are just nice and use one of their own :D
