I wouldn't lose all hope of a reply, but with vv requests, you should always send sase's along. It makes it much easier for the celeb, especially if they are performing and are tired. They can just sign, throw it in the envelope and call it a day. I have also sent a vv request to Ms. Lana Del Rey, so I will keep my fingers crossed for the both of us!

If it's vv, then most likely she will not. I highly doubt she has a stamps with her. What could happen is it goes in the trash or she saves it to sign later
