That would be a no. All cons ask for the payment in the TTM as they view it as a signing and would like to be paid accordingly.

If you can get it to the venue maybe....
but i wouldn't address it C/O the Comic Con...
Sometimes the celebs will get stuff directly from Venue staff and bypass the Comic Con staff... but its probably not very likely.
