Upload the picture to a image sharing website (photobucket, flickr, or tinypic). And then when it is done uploading take the IMG code and put it in edit signature

Hi everyone!!!
The user, Gertyke (Gerty) made me a beautiful Glee Finn and Rachel signature picture, but I have no idea how to put it onto my signature. I know how to edit my signature, but have no clue about pictures. I have a mac book pro if that helps.
